Are you wondering the guidelines for Trick or Treat in the Hampton Roads area? Don't worry we have you covered! Here are the guidelines for Trick- or -Treat in Hampton Roads.

Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg trick or treat time is dusk until 8pm for ages 12 and under. Chesapeake trick or treat time is 6pm-8pm for ages 14 and under. Safety Guidelines Mask are encouraged while trick or treating by all cities. Pick up some glow sticks from the local Dollar Store to use on your child's trick or treat bag. Have an adult with each kid group. If you see something that looks off, do not be afraid to speak out.
