What got me in to real estate? I LOVE LOVE LOVE looking at homes, studying neighborhoods, and then helping others find the right fit for them. Monthly we will feature a neighborhood in different price ranges to highlight the many gems in Hampton Roads and Moyock, NC area.
For our first "Neighborhood Spotlight" we are featuring an established neighborhood that has been around for a while, Brigadoon.
Location: Virginia Beach, 23464

Summary: Brigadoon is centrally located in Virginia Beach. Living in the area locals call “Kempsville” gives you the ability to be just about anywhere within 20 min. The neighborhood is comprised of 1400 homes.
Access to the main highway, 64, coupled with neighborhood parks, an active civic league, and holiday celebrations (Easter egg hunt and fourth of July celebration to name just two) makes this neighborhood a great place for families.
Fun fact: The 5200 block of Brockie Street is lit up for the holiday season, and a must see in Hampton Roads!
